Complete a one page research assignment of a chosen decade that your director was most influential.
You will need to include:

• A lead up to the decade (ie what came before)
• Political situation (include wars, treaties, governments and presidents, political policies)
• Social situation (social movements like youth/feminist movement, protests, popular pastimes and events, etc)
• A rundown of the arts (Music, Film, Architecture, Art movements/artists, TV etc)
• Technological innovations (space race, communications, innovations in film/music/personal technology, etc.)
• Outcomes of the decade (how did it affect the following decades to come, what is the legacy of this decade.

You should include your references.
